Started in late 1997, Woodstock Homes in Nasugbu is a 5-hectare mass housing project located in Lumang Bayan, Nasugbu, Batangas. A new company, Roxaco-ACM Development Corporation,  was incorporated with ACM Landholdings, Inc. to undertake its development. A total of 386 housing units and 100 open lots comprise the development all of which have been sold out.
